We work with over 800 carers and the people they care for, supporting people of all ages and disabilities, providing carers with essential breaks from the stresses of caring. We provide this valuable support in the community, in the homes of families.


Providing support to someone within their own home can be a very challenging yet rewarding and fulfilling role – helping others with much needed day-to-day living tasks such as assistance with personal care, medications, meal preparation and emotional well-being whilst promoting and encouraging autonomy and independence.  We encourage our staff to build long and trusted relationships and through their ongoing training and experience they understand what carers, and those they care for, need and feel, resulting in more carers and people with care needs turning to Carers Trust for support.

Children’s Support Worker


  • 10 hours per week term time only
  • 6am – 8am Mondays to Fridays

£9.25 per hour







Overnight Community Support Worker


  • 38.5 hours per week between 8am and 9pm
  • 8pm – 8am 3 days on, 3 days off

£19,500 per annum







Carer Support Worker – Guaranteed hours

Recruiting Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire


Guaranteed hours contracts of either 21 or 13 hours working a 3 days on/3 days off shift pattern.

  • Guaranteed 21 hours contract = 8am-2pm and 3pm-9pm, 3 days on/3 days off
  • Guaranteed 13 hours contract - 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm, 3 days on/3 days off
  • Access to you own vehicle is essential for this role.

£9.50 per hour






Support Worker – Prevention & Enablement

  • 38.5 hours per week, between 7am and 10pm
  • Working 3 days on / 3 days off
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role

£19,464 per annum

Carer Support Worker – Non-guaranteed hours

  • Work includes early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends with varying hourly pay rates

£7.90 - £12.00 per hour
