Our Care Support Workers and Prevention and Enablement Support Workers provide hands on care and support for our clients and service users.
Our Operations Team are responsible for organising and rostering all the care calls each week. They will also be the team that visit you when you first become a service user as well as staying in regular contact with you to review your service to ensure that all your needs are being met. If you work for Carers Trust East Midlands as a Care Support Worker this is the team that will support you in your work.
Our Central Admin Team are the first port of call for anyone that calls, emails or comes in to the Nottingham Office. They will assist you with whatever your query may be and if necessary connect you with the best person to help you. The Central Admin Team also support the Operations Team by producing the care plans for service users and co-ordinating all the recruitment.
Our Customer Services Team are on hand to deal with any problems, concerns or complaints that you may have as either a Service User or Care Support Worker and will strive to solve your issues as quickly as possible.
Our Finance Team are responsible for issuing invoices, credit control, paying our suppliers and the staff. They also process any donations that we receive. Our Finance Team would be happy to answer any query you may have regarding your payments or invoice.
Our Business Development Team manage all the health services and projects. These are mainly concerned with hospital admission avoidance or assisting early hospital discharges. The team includes over 40 Prevention and Enablement Support Workers who help over 1000 patients per year. The Business Development Team are also responsible of all new business tendering for Carers Trust East Midlands. The team also measure the impact of our services on the lives of patients and carers. These include, one-to-one interviews and the production of the Social Return on Investment tool.
Our Senior Management Team is led by CEO Christine Alexander who started out her career as a Care Support Worker and has worked her way up through the organisation over many years. Christine says “My passion for Care and my motivation for doing my job is driven by my immense admiration for carers and their remarkable dedication to those they care for”. Each member of the Senior Management Team is responsible for a different area of the organisation.
